I just swaped out a tnt 2 with a g4 4200 with no changes made to any configuration. x11 started right up as if nothing had changed in rh 8.0
xine dvd plays better than ever
How I did it. Made sure no, pnp was available
/sbin/lspnp
plug and play not available -- a very good thing!!
disabled kudzu under services

good point,
you need nvidia's latest driver, march 31 release.

It's the same driver, it shouldn't need any special things. All nvidia cards should switch that easily (assuming your rc scripts aren't weird and its supported)
