Ok, I've got a question. How is it that even though I'm running RAID1 on an ext3 filesystem, raidtools has to reconstruct the drives?
I've been just hitting the switch on my work comp for about 6 months now(RH8.0) to shut down, and I've yet to have a failure. Doesn't raidtools check the journal?
I guess the question is, what does it do/check in this situation?
