i had linux and windows installed on the same machine... i had windows on my primary hard drive and linux on the second
i formatted my windows hard drive... now i cant format my second drive that linux was on

Any way to format it without installing linux again?

You need to go into FDISK and delete the Linux partitions. Make sure you switch to the appropriate drive first. Then create one DOS partition. You can now format it.

You want to take out Linux, right? This will do it.
