Intel i810 chipset with integrated video and Intels AC97 sound with Mandrake 8. I can get system sounds and even some games like tuxracer has sound but xmms and UT have no sound.(xmms displays sound card not configured correctly dialog box) and the KDE CD player acts like its playing but no sound. Ive seen alot of issues with AC97 and even did a search here because I know Ive seen alot of threads on it but usually involving certain mobo brands.
