I have a strange problem, I can send with DCC in X-Chat but can't receive from others. What could be wrong with my settings and where...?

Recheck you xchat settings. Make sure the received files directory specified has the correct permissions set.

I have the exact opposite problem. I can receive files, but I can't send them.
