cd in RH9???????

I have sound in RH9, but when I put in a cd I can hear nothing. Help!!!!!!!

there is a cable that runs from your cdrom to your sound card. If that cable is not there you will not hear anything unless you plug into the front of the cdrom. So I would check the cable . If this worked before then I don't know what the problem would be.
