Hi,
OS:Mandrake 7.2
Kernel:2.4.1
Environemt: KDE2
Status of User: Newbie
I have this weird problem under mandrake 7.2 when i do for exemple :Alt+F3 to get to a console after like 2 seconds it says :KeyBoard: Timeout - AT Keyboard Not Present.
so now i have no keyboard.....in console...
I check the kernel in xconfig and there are no difference between the config i did for my other box and this one (none major)
I installed mandrake on this box once before and i gave me to much trouble so DELETE it went.
Can some help if they were in the same situation?
System:
PIII 733Mhz

ect...
Standard AT Keyboard
Microsoft Intellimouse Pro ps/2
Asus motherboard
Plug-Play is on in the Bios
Thank You!
ps: I didn't upgrade any prog in mandrake it acted up in kernel 2.2.17 too.
pps: in console it says that i have a PIII737 and 127M RAM, is this a prob???
