Ok this isnt really a linux question but i thought that this would be the perfect place to post the message. How do you disable the security in Outlook 2000 so that it doesnt block every email attachment that i get. every time i get an attachment it blocks access to it beause of the security level. in the help it says level 1 security can be changed by the administrator but it doesnt tell you how to do it. does anyone out there know how to do it.

Why would you use OE 2k in the first place?

if you are talking about this happening while you are connected to the exchange server, then "administrator" probably means the exchange administrator of your company, they have shut-off attachments, this happens often when email viruses are going around

if you mean when you are connected to a regular ISP email system (pop3/imap), then i have no clue
