Add KDE Panel

Hi, is it possible to make a second panel in KDE?? I can only get one panel. Thanks in advance.

Hi Red,

Redhat may have ripped out that functionality. In normal KDE you right click the taskbar >> add >> extension. Whether Redhat got rid of it I dunno.
