Win2000 wont boot after install linux

Hi
after a clean install of mandrake7.2, it works fine but I can't login to win2000 ( it logoff immediately after I login )
Almost everytime I reinstall mdk7.2, I can't login to win2000 and I need to reinstall win2000 to solve this problem.
My system config:
1 primary partition ( win98SE)
3 logical partition (1.mdk7.2 2.data 3.win2000)
lilo in MBR.

I haven't got win2k myself but from what i can remember from other posts, you don't install lilo in mbr - search other posts. Search for NT dual boot

I can boot to win2000 after install mandrake7.1 but I can't boot to win2000 after install mdk7.2.

I have seen posts from people who have had problems with 7.2 and gone back to 7.1. Maybe there is a fix from Mandrake for this.
Sorry I can't help - not having mandake.
