Hi just compiled the source code for the kernel 2.2.18 and I'm getting this error from LILO when I try to load it
LinuxEBAD too big, does anyone have any idea what that is?

Just got the same error message when I upgraded using the Mandrake Update utility. Had a whole list of bug fixes and whatnot I installed, and upon reboot, got the 'linuxEBDA too big' error. Ever figure out what this was?

I read on some other German page that EBDA stands for 'Extended BIOS Data Area' .. but I have no idea how to fix this.
