xfree86 and glint r3 support

i was looking at xfree86.org to see if any updates had happened but i didnt see anything maybe im looking in the wrong area anyhow im trying to find out if Glint R3 support is planed and and where i can find that info so far in the 3dlabs line up the highes they got is the permidia3 chip set

any help would be great as right now im forced to use acceleratedX and q3a doesnt play full screen in that and and the x server it self is sluggish and glitchy

im in the market for a new vid card i could start one of those old "whats best vid card" post but a search will turn those up :)

Support (including acceleration) for GLINT 500TX (with IBM RGB526 RAMDAC), GLINT MX plus Delta or Gamma (with IBM RGB526 and RGB640 RAMDACs), Permedia with IBM RGB526 RAMDAC, and Permedia 2, 2a, 2v is provided by the XF86_3DLabs server.
4.1.0:

Support (including acceleration) for Permedia, Permedia 2, 2a, 2v, Permedia 3, GLINT 500TX, and GLINT MX with the Gamma or Delta coprocessor is provided by the "glint" driver.
Summary:

All hardware supported in 3.3.6 is also supported in 4.1.0. The Permedia 3 is supported only in 4.1.0.

yea i am stuck with my accelerated x but sence i have a LFS system now im hunting down what i need for my accelerated x :)
