So here Ihave installed Win98se, then installed Linux Mandrake Professional Suite 6.5,
then I upgraded with Linux Mandrake OS 7.2 cd's.
I installed LILO at the beginning of the LINUX ext2 partition.
I installed BootMagic at the beginning of the drive, so when I start the cpu, it first starts BootMagic, Wich I choose from the linux partition, then LILO starts from wich I choose Linux.

It seems to start properly, but her is my problem, it stalls at this line:
"Starting NFS file system locking services"
Can anyone tell me what is that and why it could not be working?

Thanx in advance

Try putting lilo in the MBR, it will avoid soem of the other mess you have to deal with. As far as the locking, not sure, it happened to me with 7.2, I"m back to 7.1 :(

Master Boot Record. It's an option that is part of the install process.
