Evolution Problems

I just upgraded to RedHat 9.0 from 8.0 and now evolution decided that i don't really need to compose new mail. The composer window comes up with an error about being unable to initialize gnome-gtkhtml-editor, which I have confirmed is installed. I updated that as well just for good measure though. I read a post on Ximian's support site that seems to cover my problem, a lot of checking to make sure paths are defined correctly. I went through all those steps with no luck either. Any ideas?
