it doesn't work by right clicking and selecting properties

kde or gnome

im guessing gnome

its in the nautilus folders ~/.nautilus/blah

find the png file and change its name and replace it with the pic you want

unfortunalty most ppls sigs are extremely outdated, i know at one time mine said something about mdk 8.1 when i was actually using debian, and i test lots of software for different distrobutions, including wm's and de's, so i basically dont bother to look at sigs, and infer that since the default de in redhat is gnome, that is what you were using, make sense?
