Howdy. I'm learning C++ now, and I am currently using VIM with the GUI and then going to the command line and compiling each program I make. Is there an easier way of doing this? Maybe a program that has the compiler built in so that all I do is goto compile/run (kinda like qbasic)?

Any help would be appreciated.

www.kdevelop.org (http://www.kdevelop.org) - kdevelop is a great ide. I think codewarrior also has a linux version, but I don't know about pricing. Kdevelop is free.
