Extreme noobish question

I want to install mosfet-liquid theme, I untared the file and read the README file here it is.

INSTALL:
make -f Makefile.cvs
./configure --prefix=<YOUR KDE DIR>
su (must be root)
make install


I did the make makefile

but on the ./configure --prefix=<YOUR KDE DIR> I am kinda dumbfounded. What prefix should i put and I went and saw the KDE directory and I see kde kde1 kde2 kde3.

Am running SUSE8.1 and it has KDE 3.0.

Help please?:confused:

I would guess select the KDE3 directory, since the other two are there for backward compatibility.

I believe it is speaking of the kde directory in /home/.kde or maybe you knew that already. Just try putting that there
