OK. Today was a semi-successful day. I installed Corel Paint and Realplayer, plus Netscape Navigator, all without error.

Except........when I go to actually run Corel Paint, I get to the Agreement page, I can say "Accept" and I get this:

"Unable to add Fontastic Font Server to the font path.

The font server is probably not installed or not running, Correct the problem and try again."

I am new to Linux. I have searched for hours on the web with no success. A few people posted this Q on forums and no one responded to them, so no answers yet.

1. What is the Fontastic Font Server?
2. Where do I get it? (I have searched all day for it)
3. Is it installed in my PC?
4. If not, how do I install it when I find it?
5. Will it install without errors, such as libraries and dependencies?
6. After that, will Corel Photo Paint run?

Thanks,

It looks like vistasource (www.vistasource.com) publishes this font server as part of their Applixware software package. On their page, they've got links to major distro vendors, so check your distro's cds for the applixware package.
