Hi folks, was wondering if there was a way to change .wav files to mp3 through xmms or any other ones...

You have to encode them. Program that do this are: lame, bladeenc and gogo. Grip is just a GUI to BladeEnc and Lame

I have a pretty good program for encoding called 'notlame'. Pretty quick, you can run multiple copies of it, very flexible, and good quality. Do a search on it at freshmeat.net. Very easy setup and stuff, too :) :cool:
