Debian testing vs unstable packages: Poll

I understand that testing is virtually the same as unstable except that testing packages have been quarenteened to screen for major bugs.
My question is how many out there run the testing vs the unstable distribution, and has anyone had any major difficulties with either.

I've been running unstable since 2.2 came out, and I haven't had a major problem other than when perl-5.6 came out and completely screwed up dpkg, now it's running fine.
