Mandrake 7.2

I recently installed Mandrake 7.2 and when I got the part to configure my modem...I tell it that its on ttys0 but when it tries to dial out it says there is no modem attached to that serial port. I have had no problems with Red Hat doing this. Am I the only one having this problem?... :mad:

ttys0 is your first serial port, usually for a mouse (a serial mouse if you're using an old puter like me =) ),so double check your port...
if you have the right port, then maybe it just won't detect your modem...

Just a little thought - Try ttyS0 with a BIG S

i meant ttyS0....its on my first com port...
