RH 7.1 Gnome taskbar

I installed Red Hat 7.1 over 7.0 but not formatting the /home partition. In 7.0 I could click the taskbar and just like Windows 98 the windows maximise and minimise. Now in 7.1, I don't have this functionality. Is this a bug?

I am currently using RH 7.1 and I work a lot in gnome. If an aplication or window is visible, clicking on the "task bar icon" should minimize it. If it is minimized double clicking on the minimized or "iconified" app in the task bar will restore it.

You may have developed a bug during the upgrade... or something.
