Missing lib for codeweaver-wine

I have downloaded the above rpm, but it requires the following lib file.
"itcl>=3"
I have done a search for it, but cannot find it, I am presuming it is a library file, as when i go to install the rpm it comes up with a dependency message.
where can i find it, and what is it?

Hmm...it's seems like something related to Tcl/Tk,have a lookie at page with itcl RPM's (http://www.userfriendly.net/linux/RPM/itcl.html) .Hope this helps.

The bloody thing is Huge, it's 54Mb, :eek:
It will take forever to Download with my 56k Modem. :(
