Windows Logging?

I know this is a linux forum. But I think one of the system admins around here would know. Im at work and we suspect someone has been taking ram out of computers. Does Windows keep and logs on what is in the system? That we could refer to, to see how much ram what in the computer last week?

run a benchmark...
write the file to a floppy (labeled with the system serial)
do this in the presence of someone that is not in your IT shop, I usually make my bean counters watch - i.e. HAVE A WITNESS

It happened on our shift's days off. We just wondered if windows kept a configuration file on how much memory was in a given machine at certain times.
