I am trying to create a firewall with iptables. I want to upgrade the kernel to 2.4 of course. I switched over to woody and installed iptables. Can I go back to the stable potato release or do I need to stick with woody? I havent seen any real problems yet but I was just wondering what others had experienced.

Also do you know any site that gives a good overview of iptables.

Thanks
Huggy
