printer stuff

I got drivers for my lexmarkz52, and I can get it to print, but I would like the options for the printer to come up everytime I print something. I have to activate the program itself to get it working. When I print from an app, I don't get any options that come with the printer driver.

This ain't Windows. Under unix compatible systems, you must set up several printer definitions, each with its own configuration, depending on the print requirements. Basically, set up several printers, each with its own name and setup. Then, when you want to print something, send the print job to the appropriate printer definition.

PS: If you find something that works like the windows print management dialog, send it to me. There isn't much I care about in windows, but that is one of them. ;)
