I am used to error messages from Windows, but usually either in Hex or its the BSOD. This one was a little different. A little screen popped up that said:
Thunkconnect error 32.

What the heck is that? I was opening IE 5 at the time.

i remember learning about thunks in college. i can't remember what they were. does it have something to do with 16 vs. 32 bit pointers? that comes to mind for some reason.
