This posting is for FYI.
My home network consists of a NT 4.0 Box (member server) and RH 7.0 box. The NT box has a ADSL connection and I wanted to get Linux online sharing the same DSL connection as the NT server. The problem I ran into is -- Linux is the Server and NT is the client. All info I could find stated Linux must be a client in order to share internet connection on NT (which is not my case). As I found out that is NOT true -- this site has a great NHF on how to get this and other scenarios worked out AnalogX proxy (http://www.linuxnewbie.org/nhf/intel/network/analogx_winproxy.html). The article is very clear and extremely easy to follow -- I was up and running in 15 minutes. The app is just as simple and AnalogX has other cool toys on their site if you are interested.
