I am running qpopper pop server on my machine that is running redhat 7.1 and the smtp is postfix.
The qpopper is running ok, I can telnet into it and get my mails, but I cannot use the windows clients (eudora, or outlook) to connect to it. And also when I do the port prob test, it shows that pop3 port is in stealth (port http, smtp and ftp are open and working properly) . The 110 port on my router is open and directing to my server IP address (internal). To start qpoppoer I have issued the command "popper -S". I have created a pop3 file in xinetd file, but I have to start the pop manually since I think the file is not configures properly yet. Well this is all the info. I believe I am missing one last configuration. Can someone please help.
