localhost and domain

Hi all,
anybody knows which are the configuration files to be modified if I need to set a new localhost name and domain. I'm running Mandrake 7.2, this box runs dhcp. I guess the line in /etc/hosts
127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
should change to
127.0.0.1 myname.mydomain myname
Would anybody please confirm and also specify what other file should I modify,

or you could just run netconfig.. whichever you feel more comforatable with..
But, yes that is the file you want to edit..
