gcc?

Well I tried running NMAP on my system so that I could see what services I was runninng at it tells me that I don't have gcc or cc installed. I'm running Mandrake 7.2 and my question is, how do I install gcc and g++? Do I have to download the rpms or do I have them somewhere?

gcc in installed depending on your install choice. If it's not then install it off the rpms on your cd assuming you did a cd install.
