There is a way, I used to do it in Mandrake 5 but I've come back to Linux and Mandrake is at 8 and I can't find it now. Where is it in the menu?

There's a small section at the top that tells you what bootloader you are using, and offers a button to configure it. I'm not too entirely sure on this because when I click it, the Window just goes blank and does nothing. Maybe it is a feature that hasn't been added yet (or I haven't installed it)? I'm running RC1 of 8.1 right now. Once I get the final 8.1 release, I'll let you know if it does the same thing or not. In the meantime you can just use any text editor, graphical or console, to edit your /etc/lilo.conf for now. Once you are done making the changes, just run /sbin/lilo and you should be set. ~ Siskie justlinux.com
