cucipop mail server is running but does not work!!!!

I am tryin to run cucipop as my pop server on redhat 7.1. when I check my processes I see that pop is listening, but when I enter "telnet localhost 110" it does open the program but will not take my user name and user passwd. I checked my port with port prob, and the pop3 port is not open, eventhough the pop server is running. I am using postfix for my smtp and it works very well.

When I type cucipop -Y again I get:
cucipop: Can't bind socket 110
which I think is normal because port 110 is already taken by cucipop.
Can somone please tell me if I have anymore setting to configure, or have I forgot something in the process.
