hey ive got freebsd 4.7 4 cd set

now what is the difference between the cds?

what exactly is each cd for?

i know the first is an installatition disc but what are the others?

If you bought the set from FreeBSD, it should tell you right on the disks.

Basically, the first CD is the install disk, the others are extra programs and source code.
