Dark Ninja 10-22-2001, 11:13 AM Generally speaking, the mouse will be configurable during installation. I know my mouse did not work so well in Mandrake 8.0 (at least the wheel part didn't), but it was fixed with 8.1. However, I have heard numerous problems with getting Micrsoft's WheelMouse to work under Linux. (This is any distro - not just Mandrake.) Dark Ninja i_like_peanut_butter 10-22-2001, 11:21 AM I have my Logitech MouseMan+ (the best mouse until the optical MouseMan+ came out) configured, however I would like to fine tune the wheel. Is there any place I should look to set how far the wheel scrolls per turn? I've checked all of the configuration applets and suspect I should be looking to edit a config file somewhere in the background. Thanks bdg1983 10-22-2001, 03:13 PM Hi, I'm using 8.1 for mouse configuration in LM 8.1 goto: K>Configuration>KDE>Peripherals>Mouse On the advanced tab you can adjust mouse settings like Acceleration and Mousewheel adjustments.
