I attempted to install redhat 7.0 on my system, and either the video card or the monitor would not work for me. It also stopped installing while formatting and checking for bad blocks. (previously installed Windows NT 4.0 Workstation).

I am using a micron millenia monitor and a diamond stealth 3d graphics card. Would this give me problems with the install not presenting correctly? And why would it freeze on install?

not enough info. go through it again and write exactly what's it's doing and the choices you are making.

ok, well, I don't have two computers at home and cannot tell you exactly whats going on with it. Please tell me if there are any problems with the Stealth graphics cards being supported by redhat?

the support is not red hat's to give. Check out Xfree86.org and see if your card is supported.
