How about this

In Redhat 8 it's under system tools->Traceroute
It doesn't seem to have those logging capabilities, but they're nothing to add in to the source if no one else comes up w/ a better util.

thanks ... yea i was looking for something with like a gui graph but this will be great for now..

I also had ping plotter working in wine.. but the old old version.. not the new one with the graphs..
