Can I burn iso's of ext2 in WinME?

It seems like I should be able to, but Roxio's Easy CD Creator just spit out a CD in its closing session. It's the iso for Mandrake 8.1 Disc 2, which says "ext2" in the name. CD Creator says it was a buffer underrun, but that's very probably not the case, so it's either an error in that particular burn or I just can't burn the CD period and shouldn't try again.

Yes CD Creator can create cd's from iso images.

You either have a bum download of the iso or a buffer underrun which would be the fault of Windows.

'ext2' in the name will not matter.

try not to do anything while it is burning, if that doesn't work, lower the speed, 8x burn at 6 or 4, etc. A buffer underrun means that the cd burner can't get a steady stream of data to it at that speed. I would get a under run if i would, say, watch a movie off the hard drive while burning.
Try that and see if it helps

Thanks guys, it all worked out in the end. I'm off to try installing Mandrake 8.1. =)
