sawfish - windows too large

Having trouble when I open windows on my laptop. For some reason, the windows open too large to fit on desktop, so I don't have access to all of the buttons even when I move the window. Have tried to resize, but most won't resize smaller. Please help!!

Sounds like a problem with your X configuration. Which version of X are you using? I'd recommend looking carefully at your XF86Config or XF86Config-4 file for the screen sizes selected and eliminating everything but the one you really need for the color depth you require. This should fix the problem.

Alternatively, you can use CTRL+ALT+keypad plus and CTRL+ALT+keypad minus to cycle through the available screen resolutions avaialbe (sp?).
