Hi all,

I was finally able to get Progeny Linux installed properly but am not quite sure what tool Debian uses to configure the network connection.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Check this out then ask some more questions. I am not trying to blow you off, but check this out first.

Thanks for the link. I knew there was a post about this but couldn't find it earlier.

Thanks.

I checked out the link to the post but it didn't really answer my question.

What I'm looking for is a config tool like netconf(ig) or something.

Thanks!

I did all of mine by hand and I thought it was easier to understand than using linuxconf or something like it. You know exactly where everything is and what it is.

Oh well, to each his [or her] own. Good luck!

etherconf, I think, is what you are looking for. It is located in the configure software tool.
