Embarrased to ask about applet in taskbar...

I put on the KDE Binary clock in the taskbar, but I can't get the damn thing off now! Left clicking does NOTHING, and right clicking gives the option of:
1. Settings or
2. About

Settings you can modify some things, but you CAN'T REMOVE IT!!! What am I doing wrong?

On the left of the applet there are two very narrow vertical strips. Right click on them and you'll get a remove option.
