HI, I was wondering if NEbody knew where to get cool desktop themes for linux. Lots of people told me there are awesome ones out there. Also could you explain on how to intall the background plz. Thanx http://www.linuxnewbie.org/ubb/smile.gif

Just a tip, Windows and Linux use the same backgrounds. There really is no "Linux" background, just use any jpeg of appropriate size.

Well at first, what WM do you have? If KDE, go to www.kde.org, (http://www.kde.org,) if Gnome go to www.gnome.org (http://www.gnome.org)

also you can check the www.themes.org (http://www.themes.org) site. For Enlightenment themes check e.themes.org

If you just use simple desktop like AfterStep (like me) then i cant help you.
