Hey, I recently downloaded the new 7.0 version of RedHat (I had a previously flawless 6.2 installation but the HD died on me recently).

So I go about booting up from CD and then I try to use the graphical installation. Unfortunately, after it tries to load up anaconda, etc etc... the screen just goes BLANK. The HD LED stops responding and I am stuck. I suppose that is when RedHat loads its graphical installation but I fear that my Voodoo 5 5500 is the cause of this problem.

I tried to install with "linux vga=2", "linux vga=ask", even tried "expert" (which actually asked me a few questions about Network, etc... but then did the same blank screen gag).

I was wondering if anyone knows how to bypass this? Or even better, install in NON GRAPHICAL interface? Thanks!
