It is possible if you have 2 ethernet cards in your Mandrake box.
The JL Help File on Routing (http://justlinux.com/nhf/Networks/Routing.html) will get you started.
Check the online documentation on Mandrake's site as I believe they have something on setting up Mandrake for routing/internet sharing.

Then you are well on your way and shouldn't have any problems if you follow the guides I mentioned.
Try Mandrake's site first.
Are the ethernet cards both the same model? You should add
alias eth0 <module>
alias eth1 <module>
to /etc/modules.conf and then run
depmod -ae
(both as root)

Only 2 are necessary. One for the internet connection and the other to a hub/switch.

The forwarding pc can be the hub I have used more 4 nics in the forwarding pc and I have also used a 4 port NIC but my Linux router is much preferrable.
daman2k - if you haven't had any luck yet you might try this:
Firestarter (http://firestarter.sourceforge.net/)
It's a firewall AND it makes ICS very easy. I have installed it with MDK9.0 and it went flawlessly.
If you happen to have access to an old pc that isn't doing anything you might check out some router distros-Linux is amazingly versatile.
