Okay, I'm bored out of my mind. I have Slackware 8.0 installed and working beautifully (FINALLY!) and UT working and Quake 3 and bzflag. Now what. I know my way around the Linux file structure pretty good. Is there anything fun to do now?

theres plenty to do in Linux world
have you tried modifed your kernel? or probably hack it, change some codes in it ;),
else, you can create some shell scripts
or play around with gimp, create a themes
if you got errors, then you can try to fix it by your self :D :D

Try some bash scripting. Or better than that, if you can port Master of Orion 2 over to Linux, I'd appreciate that...

today I found out that even though my graphics card does not have an accelerated driver officially announced I can download and install the developement version from the xfree cvs.

aparently a couple other people are using it even though it's not "stable" yet.

so I will test that out tomorrow.


tonight i must sleep because classes start tomorrow at 9 am.
