xcdroast problem burning

When I try to create a cd using the master tracks option, I get this error:
......have the same Rock Ridge name

Basically it refuses to make the cd because there is one more files the same even though they are in different directories.

Any ideas?

Doesn't 'master tracks' have a option you can enable to ignore duplicate filenames?

I don't have XCDRoast installed right now so I cannot check though I seem to remember seeing that somewhere within the master track menus.
