well basicaly i started my lFS lastnight everything is going soooo smooth and i have chroot into my lfs enviroment

one thing though im gona try glibc but before i checked the info it said 340mb estimate for free drive space needed well my LFS is on a 1gb partition and kdiskfree gave me a criticaly full mesage i have done some debug symbol striping but in the end that left me with 5 mb free after unpacking glibc

so how can i free up disk space on that LFS partiton is there a way i can make the strip command search all the subdirectorys under /mnt/lfs?

any help would be great thank's
