Hi, does anyone know if I can change the RWIN (TCP Receive Window) in Linux. I found that when I tweaked my RWIN in Windows it really boosted the ADSL performance. Thanks for your help.

I found that when I tweaked my RWIN in Windows it really boosted the ADSL performance. Thanks for your help. metz2000 02-23-2003, 05:30 PM After a lot of looking around I found out that it is probably route which is used to configure the receive window, but I cannot get this to work. Can someone help me with this please. (man route brings up the help). I'm trying this at the moment: # route -W 11520 Can anyone tell what I am doing wrong? Do I need to specify a device? I'm connecting through ppp0. Thanks. justlinux.com
