I tried copying the RedHat directory on the cd to my disk. I booted off the cdrom and typed "expert". I selected hard drive and pointed it to /dev/hda1/Redhat but it said it couldn't find the stuff. Any pointers?

Why not just do the install from the CD? n2linux 02-19-2001, 06:53 PM Make sure hda1 is mounted correctly and the path is correct (might be case-sensitive). If it is asking for where the RPMs are located, then give the appropriate path. If that doesn't work, I don't know...maybe try copying the entire CD, not just the RedHat folder. justlinux.com
