I have a VIA motherboard and integrated sound card on the motherboard?
I have a hard time trying to install it... Help please.

What have you done so far? What VIA motherboard? What sound chip? What Linux are you using?... and did you run sndconfig?

Yes, on most distributions simply running sndconfig (as root or su) e.g.
$sndconfig <press enter and follow instructions>
can get a sound chip working
If you run Mandrake try DrakConf/Hardware/Soundcards and run the configuration tool
On rare occasions additional modules must be added to the kernel

You know, I too had problems with sound (regular soundcards) using Storm - I guess I'm just not a "Debian" Linux kind of person (Storm is based on Debian isn't it?), but I'm sure there's an easy fix that some of these gurus will share with us.
Anyway, I tried Storm for a whole of 2 days and tossed it.
